All regular priced items purchased from Comfort Cove can now be returned for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to return or exchange an item you must contact us via email within 30 days or receiving your package. If 30 days has gone by, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

If you selected local pickup, 30 days from the purchase date still applies whether the item was picked up or not.
Any cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns & exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to send it back to us. If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will pay to ship it to you for free.
All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition from when you received it. We are very strict with tanks: no snags, deodorant, makeup, perfume or detergent smells of any kind. If your item was sent back and not in new condition, you will be out the item or responsible for shipping costs back to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return order, we will email you letting you know if your return was approved & refunded.
If you received a damaged item you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your item. No exceptions. Items cannot be washed to be claimed as damaged.
You will receive the return address and return form to fill out when we receive your email. Make sure to have tracking for your returned item. If an item gets lost, we are not responsible.
In the case of an incorrect address, we are not responsible for the order. If the item gets returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping return shipping costs.
We currently cannot offer returns or exchanges for Canada orders.
All sale items are final sale. This includes any flash sales or any kind of discount that we put on as a store for a short time. Any discount more than 10% is final sale.
