ALL MARKED DOWN ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A FLASH SALE ARE FINAL SALE.
Shoes must be in original boxes, swimsuits must have hygiene liner attached & in original packaging.
You must contact us, within 14 days of receiving your package, before returning an item via mail. If we did not approve the return first, you will not get a credit & be out an item.
Since our turn around on products is very quick, all returns & exchanges must be made or returned to us within 14 days. No exceptions will be made. If you are shipping back an item, make sure it is postmarked within 14 days from the day you received it & has your name on it.
You can return or exchange any item if it's unworn, undamaged, has tags still attached, and was purchased at regular price for in-store credit via gift card. Items cannot have any makeup or deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other signs of damage. Bodysuits are not returnable for hygiene purposes.
If you received a damaged item you must notify us within 5 days of purchase or receiving your item. No exceptions. Items cannot be washed to be claimed as damaged.
You will receive the return address and return form to fill out when we receive your email. Make sure to have tracking for your returned item. If an item gets lost, we are not responsible.
All sale items are final sale. This includes any flash sales, discount codes, or any kind of discount that we put on as a store for a short time (does not include influencer codes).
